Return Policy

RETURNS

If you find an AMBRA MADDALENA product is faulty or doesn't fit you perfectly, your item must be returned unworn, with tracking and in its original condition (this includes all original tags, and packaging still intact). Sanitary stickers must still be attached and intact with any SWIM bottoms and/or one piece swimsuits.

All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Once your item has been checked over we will either replace your item, exchange it for the correct size or offer a refund. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense. All refund or return requests will be at the discretion of our returns team. Any return postage to the AMBRA MADDALENA head office will be at the expense of the customer. This return policy excludes sale items.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

The item/s must be returned to AMBRA MADDALENA via trackable post within 7 days from the date of receiving the package. If you are unsure about the sizing of any AM product, please contact us so we can ensure your best fit.

Any item that does not have tracking and is not returned to our HQ will not be eligible for return/refund/exchange.

Should you be eligible for a refund, we do not refund the shipping amount - only the total of the item/s purchased.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order dispatch dates are stipulated in the product description. Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or refunds once purchased as they are made to order. If you purchase a non pre-ordered item with a pre-ordered item, they will be sent o the date as stipulated by the pre-ordered item.
