- We acknowledge that these dresses are unique and not 100% identical due to the nature of the fabric.

* The Greta Gown prefers to be folded away (not hung) until it's her time to shine. Cold hand wash only my loves. Please 'scrunch' water out - do not wring.

We accept returns on items (if applicable) for store credits only.
Store credits are valid for 2 years.
The only time in which a full refund will be granted is if an item is faulty or Ambra Maddalena has been unable to fullfill an order.
Your item must be returned unworn and in its original condition (this includes all original tags, and packaging still intact).
Any item returned outside of these parameters will be returned to the customer.
Sanitary stickers must still be attached and intact with any SWIM bottoms and/or one piece swimsuits.
This return policy excludes sale items.
Any item bought with a sale discount code can not be returned.
All sale items are final.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Any return item/s must be returned to AMBRA MADDALENA via trackable post within 7 days of receiving your package. If tracking is not supplied and the parcel has not been returned to us, a credit note cannot be given.
Please note, some garments are made by hand. We acknowledge the fact that two swimsuits and or garments with the same bead or artworks may not be identical.
If you are unsure about the sizing of any Ambra Maddalena product, please contact us so we can ensure your best fit.

Please allow AMBRA MADDALENA up to 24 hours to dispatch your order, you will receive an email from AM notifying you that your order has been dispatched along with the tracking number. Once and order has been shipped and a confirmation email has been sent, AMBRA MADDALENA is no longer responsible for these goods.
Australian Orders :
AMBRA MADDALENA has three options for domestic shipping - ‘Express shipping’, 'Free Standard Shipping' (within Australia) and Free Express shipping on orders over $250.
For orders shipped within Australia, we deliver to all Australian capital cities, metropolitan & major regional areas.
If you are purchasing an AM product during a busy holiday period, please think ahead and allow for extra time!
We can only do so much once we dispatch your goods! Once your order has left AM HQ, we can not take any responsibility for missing/stolen items and unforeseen delays, eg import taxes and covid delays.
International orders:
We have four options for our international customers, DHL International Express Shipping (5-7 Days), Express International Shipping (10-14 Days), Standard International Shipping (20-30 days) and Free Standard International Shipping over $250.
Please, please plan ahead!
We cannot do anything on speed of parcel delivery once it has left our HQ.
Standard can take up to 30 days so please be patient with your goodies and plan for their possible delayed arrival!
